VODACOMS PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE

I AM STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY PHONE AFTER VODACOM REPAIRING IT TWICE NOW.RECENTLY I HAVE LOST BUSINESS DUE TO MY PHONE FREEZING AND NOT BEING ABLE TO RECEIVE ANY CALLS.
I RECENTLY LEARNED THAT THIS PARTICULAR TYPE OF PHONE IS VERY VERY VERY TROUBLESOME.SO ROCHELL CAROLUS FROM VODACOM, PLEASE WOULD YOU COLLECT YOUR FAULTY PHONE THAT YOU PEOPLE APPARENTLY REPAIRED TWICE AND REPLACE ME WITH A BRAND NEW ONE.IT IS MY HARD EARNED SWEAT THAT IS PAYING FOR A FAULTY PHONE THAT YOU HAVE ISSUED ME WITH, CLAIMING THAT IS A WORKING PHONE.
VODACOM YOUR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS PATHETIC.CANT VODACOMS MANAGEMENT NOT SEE THIS, WHY DONT THEY SORT OUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I DONT EXPECT MUCH FROM VODACOM AFTER THIS COMPLAINT, AS IN MY OPINION AND PROBABLY HALF OF THEIR CUSTOMER BASE ALSO, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF .
WAKE UP VODACOM BECAUSE ONCE MY CONTRACTS ARE OVER I AM CHANGING TO MTN DEFINITELY.
