VODACOM CAUSES AND INCONVENIENCES CLIENTS

So the saga continues, vodacom causes and then just passes the buck to the consumer to rectify it... Been over a month now close to two months of the same!
I'm being harassed and threatened, my account is continuously blocked then its 3 hours of fighting to get it unlocked,
Lay a complaint via hellopeter and then you get a call to say that their department is taking ownership yet I am still waiting! After all this I am done with vodacom and to save face vodacom refuses to cancel my contracts! Vodacom doesn't seem to understand that I have absolutely had it I just cannot continue with this any longer! All I want is that my contracts get cancelled and we part ways. You can't get hold of Robert - MD of Tygervalley to resolve this matter either hence I have no more energy for this. Please Vodacom all I desire is the contracts to be cancelled and we part ways, you can make the consultant who up pay the cancellation fees, this is the only way you will restore your name and faith in me again to part ways amicably, please that's the best you can do right now,
