Where is my I-Phone?

I Booked my phone in at Vodacom N1-City for repairs on 18/06/13.Was told that they will SMS me when phone is ready. Received a SMS on 26/06/13 that the phone was dispatched from Johannesburg. Went to the shop on the 01/06/13 and was told the phone is at Vodacom repair centre in Tygervalley Cape Town for a data back up. This would take 2 days. No feed back after 2 days, so I phoned Tygervalley again and they said the phone is still in transit. Phoned Vodacoms repair centre in Johannesburg and they said phone is in transit but there is no waybill number so they can't track it. So after 9 days my phone is still in transit and noboddy can tell me where it is.
