Cell Housing not repaired

Vodacom's repair centre in Tygervalley charged me R3900 to repair a small crack on the outer housing of my cell phone. Apart from the crack there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG with it. I had to phone several times before the repair manager gave me an explanation for this absurd amount. I cancelled repairs and had to pay R57 before I received my cracked phone back. When I switched it on the bbm was disabled. The shop assistant was very unhelpful. She kept on texting her friends on her own cell phone under the counter in front of me. After about 5 minutes she said that she couldn't help me, and send me to the Data service centre. They told me that I need to pay R99 before they'll fix it. What a rip off! The crack is still not fixed, I'm R156 poorer after Vodacom when they told me not once but several times that they did not open or switch the phone on at all. How did the blackberry bbm got disabled if they did not switch it on?
