In corrected Contract

I call in to upgrade my contract to the Samsung S4 Straight up 100 with 1gig per month for 24 months,
instead of that i was downgraded to a top up 50 with a Samsung S4 but paying R399.00

I cant be paying for what i never requested and that package I've never seen on any of cell c's ads.

i need this to be rectified as soon as possible.

the package i should be paying for is Samsung S4 Straight up 100 with 1gig which is charged at R399.00 as per ad and not R406.00 which i was debited.
