I DID NOT GET ANY FEEDBACK AFTER COMPLAINING, MANAGER ADVISED THAT HE WILL CALL ME I LEFT MY DETAILS HE NEVER CALLED.I DIDNOT RECEIVE THE TV FOR THE CONTRACT.I AM DISGUSTED BY THEM FAILING TO PICK UP A PHONE AND CALL ME TO SAY I WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE TV.
WHY WAS MY CONTRACT APPROVED IF IT DID NOT MEET ALL THE RQUIREMENTS? I COMPLETED A 3RD PARTY FORM STATING THE TV LICENCE IS NOT IN MY NAME. I WAS TOLD THAT I WILL RECIEVE THE TV.
ONLY WHEN I GO TO THE STORE IM I INFORMED THAT I WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE TV. MTN SUPPLIES AIRTIME. THIS IS THE SECOND COMPLAIN FOR THE SAME SERVE WITH NO CALL TO UPDATE ME.
