No response after my complain

I logged a query for Bad Attitude on on 03.12.2013 and received feedback. I recieved a call 04.12.2013 from pick n' pay (Kimmy), and was advised there is no cashier called Rosina and should come and identify this person. I went, same cashier with same name was there. I was told Kimmy (the person who called me) was at a the meeting. Total waste of my time!!! i left my numbers but no one gave feedback.

I now made a call 05.12.2013 to speak to the manager a lady (Prudence) answered the phone she asked what is my query, I did not want to repeat myself. I told her just refer me to the available manager' then she says 'OK" Thank you Bye" and hung up the phone) i called again was told Kimmy is out and i must leave a message and contact number, i told her already done that, but why on earth a biggest retail company can have such incompetent staff from the lady who hung up on me and the person who made me leave work to go meet him and be told he's in a meeting.

This clearly means that even the Rosina learnt from the best, i will take this further if i dont receive a feedback from the regional manager within this period of time, because this seems to be a joke..
