Bad Attiitude and lying consultant

Today @ 11h09 I called CellC Gateway to book in my phone for repairs and I firstly asked Maswazi if they have a loan phone for me to use as I cannot go on without a phone because I use it for work. He confirmed that there is a phone and I told him that please can he ensure that he keeps the phone aside for me because firstly I do not want to drive all the way from DBN to Gateway and only to be told that there is no phone and this was to ensure that I get a phone, I confirmed the time that I will be there at 14h00 and I was there. I get there I am told that they can take in my phone but there is no loan phone, I asked for Maswazi to tell me why did he lie, he said he assumed there was a phone and the time I called he was very busy so I should understand. I am because I left La Lucia Mall because of their bad service and only to find out that Gateway is the same. I asked if I could be called when there is a loan phone cause I work with my phone.
