DISGUSTING SERVICE... WILL TAKE IT UP WITH CPA

Thursday 04/04/13 i called your customer service provided all the details as stated on the form i received when my phone was finally delivered, to activate the new sim etc. 08/04/13 i get a miss call from you @ 10:14, 10:23 a sms comes through saying you tried to get hold of me an could not, I should go to my nearest store to activate my sim and I will be charged? 11:02 I called your customer service only to be told my request is closed? I was told I will receive a call by 12:00 which i did not receive.. 09/04/13 11:23 again i called you and again gave all my details as well as contact numbers an the times i will be available on the numbers and up till this moment no one called me! Be advised that i will not be going to any store to activate my sim and in a few days my 3 months accumilated airtym will fall away. If i do not receive a call from you by 12:00pm today then i will be taking this up with CPA today still... I am waiting only up until 12...
