USELESS SERVICE DELIVERY

2nd week in June we had a Opticon switchboard system installed via Telkom. The rep Zweli Khoza sold us the system under the auspices that we would no longer experience dropped calls and poor signal. Well he is a and selling falsehoods. Our telephone system is now so bad we cannot do business. We have 4 lines going into the switchboard - only 1 is working and it constantly drops the calls. We have called the call centre however they are so useless they should ALL be fired immediately - they can barely speak english let alone attend to a customer. During these many many calls we constantly got cut off. Eventually we were able to report the problem and were told a technician would be here on 3 July - we are still waiting! Zweli meanwhile doesnt take our calls or respond to emails.
