I have been advised by Vincent from Telkom that Mike Fish, one of their technicians, has been divulging information to Telkom's sub-contractor's regarding the movements at people's homes in our areas!
Apparently, Mr Fish feels that it is acceptable to advise sub-contractors when people are at home in our suburb so that work can be done.
Today an unmarked white bakkie with approximately 4 men were seen loitering on our corner, when questioned by my neighbour they said that they were from Telkom - they had no identifying clothing and the bakkie was unmarked. Approximately 20 minutes later a Telkom representative, in uniform, arrived to explain that the men were Telkom sub-contractors.
Telkom, YOU ARE ENDANGERING US!
