NAUSIATING LACK OF SERVICE

After being broken into and our switchboard destroyed, we got a quote from Telkom and were told that 7 days from date of payment, we would have our phone system installed. This happened on the 3rd of December. Our company has been without phoned for 2 weeks.
We stuggled for 3 days getting hold of Elisha, only to be told sorry, not this week, it's Madiba's funeral, no one at Telkom is working this week...
We paid over R10 000 for a system that has yet to be installed, it's now 13 days. No one gets back to us, takes our calls, or even makes a remote effort to try and assist us. When we said refund our money, we'll accept Panasonic's quote, we were told the refund would take 2 weeks, but those people are also not working due to Madiba's funeral... so the whole of TELKOM has come to a complete stand still?
Elisha, in an attempt to get my boss of his back, ASSURED AND PROMISED him we would get installation on Friday, 13 December... Guess what, no installation, and no one to speak to regarding cause yes, you guessed it, they are still not working..

Just give us back our money so we can go to someone that actually wants our business, TELKOM CLEARLY DOES NOT!!!
