I have signed for a 3G Databundle Contract at the Cresta Store. I was not informed that the contract is a so called Open Line and thus received a R1400.00 bill. I have queried this now for approx 5-6 months and requested a copy of the contract. MTN responded:
Wenzile Masina (REQ:2216094) from MTN informed me on 21 Jun 2103 that she has escalated the matter to the regional office. I still have not received any further feedback! Remark - please view all previous correspondence.
Your urgent assistance is kindly requested. This is my last kind request - hereafter I will send it to Carte Blanche in order that they might just do their investigation on MTN and most likely see that it is not an isolated case! I have lost now months 3G Data and ongoing frustration. Enough is enough.
