Our business telephone lines have been down since Friday last week.
I have logged calls via the call centre and escalated the fault through Telkom Business escalation internet system. To date we have had many promises made but no Telkom technician has been to fix the problem. The exchange box is situated next to our office and no technician has been near to the box.
As a retailer we are totally reliant on our Telkom lines. It is our most busy time of the year and we are losing business every minute that our lines are down.
I would like to see Telkom tell my staff that there is no money for Christmas bonus' because we had no sales for half of December!
I have never experience such blatant disregard from a service provider before.
