Over the past few months we have had constant problems with Vodacom 3G signal. We had this problem before and a booster was installed in our premises. The signal was better for a few months but the problem reoccurred a few months ago, I would say from about November last year. Although the booster is installed, we hardly ever get 3G signal at our premises and when voice calls are made, the signal drops all the way down to GSM. 90% of calls are lost during calls and/or the person on the other line cannot hear us because the line keeps breaking up. We also have a 3G internet connection which drops constantly during the day. We run a business from home and cannot function if this is not resolved. We constantly have to call people back due to calls being lost or dropped during a conversation which is costing us a lot of money. If Vodacom cannot provide a solution to this problem, we need to be released from our contracts so that we can move to another service provider that will provide the basic service required.
