POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

We ordered a new system for our Distribution Centre, OptiCon. Was installed about four months ago. We have been plagued with issues from Day 1. I have logged so many calls to have the problem resolved and we just keep experiencing the same difficulties. Calls being dropped, no lines available. No service, Faulty lines... what a nightmare. We run a distribution business and need to have access to fast easy communication... this is not fast and easy this is PURE FRUSTRATION. I referred the problem to our account manager Michael Oswold who has not even bothered to keep us informed of progress or contacted me with regards to my plea for assistance. So much for an account manager!
I am disgusted!
