NOT IMPLEMENTING NEW CONTRACT!

I renewed my Contract in March and changed it to MTN Anytime 200 Top up for a total cost of R339 p.m. I therefore expect this to be my maximum spend per month before having to top up. I have received a bill for June month for R970.57! Please explain! My expectations are to contain my spending at R339 p.m. That is why I changed to this package!
