My new Sony Z 's screen needed to be replaced, cracked by accident. Our outlets (2) is offline and cannot assist in anyway. Have been there 3 times this week! Ask me to take my phone to Durban, myself, for repairs. NO alternative, No excuses, NO nothing. I think they are everything we should not hope for. If I walk out, hundreds of customers walk in, so why worry... Nashua Mobile is assisting me with my repairs, thank you!!
