Fix this problem for me PLEASE

I have got a Samsung Galaxy S3 contract phone with MTN Direct it is a top up, according to the contract I made with when explained it suppose to be 200 top up also because I pay R339-00 a month but I only get 100 top up. I phoned MTN direct to question this but they told me that is how it suppose to be, so I am being robbed here.

This is a second month now with this problem, R339-00 is debited but I only get a R100 airtime, 25 sms and 150MB instead of R200 airtime, 25 sms and 150MB, as per the agreement. I truly would not have approved if I was told it was a 100 top up in the first place for the price of R339-00. please review my contract and listen to the voice recordings that was done telephonically when I was upgrading my contract as evidence.
