INCORRECT CONTRACT

I would firstly like to place on record that no one should ever ever do business with Autopage. i have had the misfortune of having a contract with them and renewed it in June this year something i should never have done. Every contract i have taken out has been the exact same, nothing has changed - R198.00 per month with biz of R58.00 per month. This means that i can use the internet on a monthly basis and all i pay is R58.00. i do not have bundles and i dont have a limit to the internet or over usage. my bill thereafter every month comes to approx. R350.00 to R400.00. for the very first time ever, i received a bill of R1280.00 which stipulates that i went over my internet usuage and have been charged R491.00 just for internet.!!! Every other bill i have received has not shown internet usage at all but for the R58.00 biz every month. i even downloaded youtube etc and it was covered under the monthly biz. i would like this contract cancelled as i would like to go to Cell C who are not. This is not the contract i asked for and therefore have been . i will take this to the highest office in the ombudsman.
