NO service!!

Upgraded phone contract. Received handset 3 weeks later. The day I received the phone, I reported it as being faulty. I've called Virgin Mobile everyday since then (21/06/13) with promises of a consultant calling me back and to date, I have not had a single call back from them. Now I have a brand new phone that I can't use but yet am paying for.
