I have not had data on my iPhone 4S through MTN for the past 2 weeks. Throughout JHB. I literally cannot access Google on my phone. The service is absolutely pathetic, and yet every month I pay an exorbitant fee for a service I am not receiving. I phoned numerous MTN call agents who also seem to be useless, cannot escalate the issue, and nothing has been done. I am now looking at every possible way, including through the new CPA, to get out of my contract with this useless company.
