I took my phone in to Vodacom Canal Walk for repairs a month ago. I received it back, wiped of all data, but none of the problems had been fixed. I complained to Vodacom head office and they sent me a loan phone but the courier did not collect my own handset. My handset was only collected yesterday. The loan phone started to give problems last week Tuesday - switched off & would not come back on until hours later. I reported this to the individual at head office to whom my case had been assigned. I got a read receipt but no response. Now, over a week later, the phone has completely ceased to function. It switched off late yesterday and will not come back on. I have reported this too. I use my phone for work and when clients cannot get hold of me they go elsewhere. This is causing emotiotional destress and financial loss and you'd think a month would be long enough to come up with a solution. In the mean time I continue to pay my debit order every month. I have no phone, so what am I paying for? Don't call me in response to this complaint, because you can't!!! Please e-mail since that is my only line of communication.
