I applied for a 10GB for R200 data service from 8ta, as of late for the past two months my bill was R800 insteard of R200. I normaly add my own cap from thier website i normaly add an extra 2GB for R146, but i never add anything to the amount of R800, when i asked them they say they realised that i qualified to use a maximum of R800 but no one ever called me about this, I never saw this on my contract, what's worse is that it does not even show when the 10GB has lapsed and now are using thier added R600 package which you never asked for. now my bill has been R800 for the last two month, if they its in the contract why is this only starting now while all the while i have been adding cap myself. This promo was two good to be true from the onset, especialy coming from Helkom.
