I would like to place a complaint against the Vodacare store in the Cresta shopping center in Johannesburg. The service I received at the store was horrendous, and the manager had a disgusting attitude. I was left waiting for more than 20 minutes for A cashier to come to the desk, after which he served ONE person (the person in front of me), before disappearing again. The excuse for the long wait given was that the cashier was away on lunch. The girl in front of me mentioned that such service is a common occurrence- and as she knew the manager by both name and appearance (Thomas) it was clearly the case.

On eventually getting to serve me, the cashier (this time Thomas, the manager) sighed and made it known what a mission it was for him to serve me (was purchasing a data bundle). That this is how a paying customer is treated is unacceptable. I hope the issue is addressed soon.
