I Enjoyed my friday afternoon with my family shopping at food lovers market... untill received disgusting services from unhelpful management! Once I was at the till paying for my things, I had asked the cashier if I could kindly have a few cups from the yogurt/ice cream section inside foodlovers market and that I would pay for it sincing I was told by a staff member that the store didn't have such on sale and that I bought a 2l cold drink to share wif the family that was with me at the time.she then told me to wait for the manger at the front and he would be able to help me. I waited for more than 20minutes unhelped.the apparent lady that's second manager told a cashier that tried to help us as she walked passed that she is too busy and that we should wait for the male manager, which was on the phone in the office with the least interest that there could be us standing infront of him in need of his assistance!!! after standing there for soo long and looking like a lost infront of many people without help, I left and I refuse to visit such store again even thou they are close to me! I personally think such store should have a manager or managers constantly checking on the customers
