A week ago I posted a complaint about 3 phones I wanted to upgrade and no stock being available at any of the stores. Within 24 hours I was first contacted by Ntombi Msizwa and immediately thereafter by Gabriel Mphala, who helped me to upgrade telephonic ally without any paperwork.
To my amazement, the new phones were delivered yesterday morning. Thus, my complaint was resolved within a week with absolutely no hassle.
Thank you cell C for excellent service and going the extra mile to retain me as a customer.
I am definitely switching my personal phone to Cell C asap as well. Special thanks to Gabriel for excellent service and his patience.
