We all have those days where uo gonna crave for KFC, today was one of those days and a BIG MISTAKE! I have never been trated like this in my life, tha above mentioned people dnt belong in customer service o front line. With their attitude thy shud be at the back, I am even surprised that their so called Manager has attitude. I guess the chinese say that The fish rots frm the head is true. If cashiers knew that their manager does not tolerate bad service, we wnt have such cashiers @ our stores. My advice to people craving for KFC, the store in Broad and West is a BIG NO... NO!! We have many stores in the CBD, we will not tolarate bad service! The cashier literally to me that I will not serve u, sungamane uhambe! I advised Manager of her behavior and he condoned her response and said uthengani ngiksize? I did nt appreciate their attitude and the Store Owner must take action against them, I will also have this posted on all social networks.
