Poor customer service and bad attitude of staff

When I reached the pay point I had 4 other customers in front of me, and soon another 3 behind me. Of the possible 7 cashier points, only 1 was open! When I asked the cashier on duty if they had any other cashiers to help with serving the customers in the queue I was blatantly ignored by the 1 cashier on duty. I then asked the cashier if she had heard my request a second time. With a bad attitude she said she had heard me and then I was ignored again! I don't think I have ever been so ENRAGED in a store in my life. I eventually threw my purchases on the floor and began walking out of the shop. On the way out I requested to the see the manager. When I asked her why she only had 1 cashier on duty, she told me that the other cashier was on lunch. Whilst I totally respect the fact that we all need a lunch break, why was one of the other staff members who were standing around doing nothing not available to assist as the cashier points? Both the cashier and the manager of Meltz store Boksburg could certainly do with some Customer Service Training or perhaps should seek employment elsewhere as neither seemed concerned at all by the shocking service they provide!!!
