I was at clicks Flora centre on the 22.05.2013 and was upset by the fact that the manager was setting at the till area playing with her phone in front of customers. To top it all off the cashier that was suppose to assist us left the till telling the manager that she is going to drink water she is not going to assist us. We had to wait for the other cashier that was busy with a customer o finish then assist us. Clicks is not doing us a favor we are clients and we are there we just want to be serviced. Why dint the manager tell this lady to serve us first cause we were the last people in the queue and then go. The attitude that she said this in front of us and the manager just left her to go. The other area is the baby section- FOOD. There has been this damaged purity on the shelf for the last three to four months and no one wants to get rid of it. Clicks always have specials and it's becoming a problem as it seems like we are forced to buy it. Can it pls be removed and clicks to have more flavors of purity, you advertise, we come to the store, and the products are not there. Instead of the manager playing with her phone these are things she should be sorting out.
