ANGER, ANGER, ANGER!!!

I accepted a Cell C contract over the phone. I was informed that i can cancel the contract at any time but have to give 30 days notice. Which i have done on the 1 March 2013 and 31 March 2013 it was supposed to canceld from there side. I had to pay a cancellation fee of R 1265-00 into their bank account and send proof of payment. DONE! Since then till now I am till getting billed (freely takeing money out of my bank acount and if I reverse the debit order which costs me more money and giving me a bad name at the bank) they go and change the amount for it to be debited. I am at my wits end with phone calls and emails with empty promises. Today they phone me and tell me I owe them R 2022-12 which includes a cancellation fee AGAIN! and cant tell me why? They have all the paperwork!

Further more when they phoned my huband to offer him a contract he declined as he has a VODACOM and MTN contract they tell him but his wife (me and give my details to him) has a contract with Cell C.What happend with PRIVACEY? and its on their CODE OF CONDUCT!

Now I am tired of trying to get answers out of them. Tonight I have been told" SORT IT OUT OR YOU ARE OUT THE DOOR! "
