My bis gets actived wrong everytime

I called cell c on the 1july past 7 the morning tellin the lady that I want to deactivate the social plan she took all my details and said she will deactivate it but I explained everything to her but still she never did what I asked her and its the 2nd time I didn't want the social plan to be activated and I told her before I punch in my airtime I want it done she told me fine she understand and she will do it but all I need to do is remove my battery from my phone I did everything and today 2july I see that the social plan is activated again I'm so cause I don't want to pay for a internet cafe to check my mail when I asked it to be done on my phone and I also used the correct codes everythin plan number 2 I'm not impressed its costing me extra money and a lot of my time. I'm very upset about it, because if you don't know how to do ur job let someone else do it I also work in a call centre I know what happens you jst say yes to get the customer off the phone!!! This needs to stop
