I'm highly disappointed with the incompetency of Cell C to resolve a problem. I'm trying to resolve an account problem that happened because of the incompetency of Cell C to handle this matter. First of all, the problem started when I updated in January 2013 and CellC didn't correct the amount or account number. They charged me with the old amount and they tried to deduct the wrong amount from the wrong account. I've phoned the legal department numerous times to try and solve the problem, I've faxed through everything explaining to them the situation, I even talk to a lady in the legal department who told me that they made a mistake and that my account and number will be corrected and reinstalled within 4 days. All!!! All of this started the 30 March 2013. Nothing happened so I wrote to Hello Peter and suddenly CellC called. After being tired of trying to solve the problem I asked them to cancel the contract. The verdict is that I owe them money "bad debt", which I don't!! I have asked numerous times for an account, via email, but no reaction at all. Hopefully I will get a reaction after complaining again!!!
