I cancelled a cellphone contract about 3months ago because I was given a phone that I did not request. I wrote a cancelation letter and faxed it, I also made follow up calls to check if they have received the phone that I have returned and to also cancelled via phone communication. I was given this case number by cell c consultant case no: 1306040000239183 and was told to use it for any queries. The consultant further confirmed the receipt of the cell phone and also my cancellation of contract. End of may R 199 was deducted via debit order on my account and I therefore went to the bank to reverse it. I contacted cell c again regarding that and I was told that it was not supposed to be done they will then apologized. On the 1st of August 2013 R3500 was deducted by cell c, I went to the bank to reverse the debit order but unfortunately it was already late, I was charged R 138 for unsuccessfully debit order. Please help me to sue Cell c as they are doing as I don't owe them and did n give anyone permission to deduct my money. I also want them to pay me the all the phone calls cost, refund me the debit order reversal money that I was charged and the inconvenience causedI
