I had a 24 month data contract. After which I received communication that it has expired, and that I had to change my contract or cancel it. On the 23/12/2013 I visited my local cell C store and filled in the cancellation form. I was told that I had to give my 30 day notice, which I accepted. On the 21/01/2013 I was debited with my normal R149.00. I accepted it as part of the notice period. My service was cancelled and I no longer have internet access. But now today the 22/2/2013 (which is not my debit order date) I was debited with R129.78. I would like to know why am I paying this money and for what???
