Contract Not Cancelled

I phone the cancellation department to cancel my contract, i went to East Gate to pay the amount of R3790 that was to cancel my tab and i fax through the forms with the proof of payment, after they sent me an sms that the contract has been cancelled. my Debit order normally come off on the 25th, but it never came off so today the 29th of May 2013, i phone the accounts department they said my contract it has not been cancelled and they took the money that i had paid to cancel my contract and use it. thats why i was not debited, now i must go to bank an pay or they will debit twice on my account next month which is not my fault.
