I have been into MTN Norwood 3 times (Note, taken time out of my work day) to add BIS/Blackberry Absolute Plan onto one of the numbers on our contract.
There has been no action on the application in over two months, and the sales assistants at the branch cannot find the applications or letters or anything. It as if I have never been there.
This cannot be considered "service". This is a waste of time and frustrating to boot. The inefficiency is ridiculous.
We always use MTN Norwood as a branch, however the management is nonexistent, the owner is never there and the turnover of staff is a testament to the poor working environment.
I expect a response.
