I have been listed by Vodacom for bad credit when i have made payment.
Now they say that they cant track the payments and that to remove my name i will need to make another payment for the same amount. They claim that i have not been reachable whereas i have stayed at the same address for the last 20 years with the same number for over 10 years.
The reason i cancelled my service and paid the contract was due to their incompetence and failure to help clients and now 2 years laters i find that i have been listed for something i have already paid.
The worst service and the worst provider and even after this they will still fail to contact me to sort out these discrepencies.
