Slow service

Please can someone go look if everything at Norwood FNB is okay? I sat there for an hour waiting to be served, and then i had to leave to go back to work. The one lady left for lunch knowing there is a long queue and I know everyone is entitled to their lunch and can't work right through, but surely you could use common sense to help at least some of the customers. Isn't that FNB's moto, "how can we help you? "

Norwood was not this bad ever!! Very disappointed. And the branch manager was no where to be seen either.
