We took out a contract in January 2012 at Virgin Mobile Westgate branch. I wanted to do a swim swap to keep my old number. The phone's network didn't work at all. For about a week I called each day and somedays I even went to the shop. They kept telling me that the computers are down or that they are working on the problem. After a week I went to the shop and gave the phone back and told them to cancel the whole contract, because I din't receive any service and couldn't use the phone. The lady who worked there told me that Welli the man in charge wasn't at the shop, but she will tell him. And now about a month ago I heard that I was blacklisted? Now the Westgate branch has closed down. I went to the Key-West branch and the lady there told me that they must have given me a document for the phone I gave back, but they didn't. And it is nowhere on their system that I did gave it back.?
