Hi Julian

As per our telecom earlier refers.

I have contacted online banking and they have advised that the error is due to not having a trusted terminal for online banking.
This will prevent you from auctioning certain functions such as adding a user.

Unfortunately this cannot be resolved as you requested as it is a system originated, therefore once the system recognises one of your terminals as a trusted machine, then you will be able to operate fully on that terminal. The system will recognise a terminal where you do most of your online transaction and I cannot confirm the time frame. This system is called Behavioural Tracking System (BTS), which is a security feature offered to our clients.

WHAT FNB IS SAYING IS THAT THEY CANNOT HELP THEIR CLIENTS! I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT WE ARE WELCOME TO MOVE TO ANOTHER BANK. WITH ALL THE ADVERTISING THAT FNB DOES, THEY STILL CANNOT SERVICE THEIR CLIENTS.
