INCORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN

Thanks to you not informing me that this service is not available for the Blackberry Z10,
I have lost over 200mb and R200 worth of air time. Also had to stand in a Que of over an hour on Saturday to sort out this mess on my account. Now I have to wait for them to refund my money that was taken off my account and i don't have any airtime on my phone until the 21 of this month.

I really think that you should have people in your call centre that knows how these things work.
I can honestly tell you that i will not be upgrading my 3 contract when they are due.
Seriously not happy with the MTN service.
I really think you should at least give me an air time voucher so that I can at least use my phone this month.
And your site also said that I have an invalide cell number what a joke so I could not write my complaint on your site.

All they do is cost you more money.
