I signed a 2G internet package contract on 31 May 2013 in Melville Vodacom Centre for which the monthly fees is R119 .Ever since, I bought it, I am billed wrongly for a handset and 1R for 1 MB usage. I was charged between R1500-R3000 for R119 package. I went in the month of JULY 2013 to sort this problem. They refunded me the extra money they took and asked me not to use the package in the month of Aug 2013 to allow them to sort the problem. I did so. But again for the month of September 2013 I was billed for the wrong package and the money was also debited from my account. Hence, I went to my bank to stop the debit order and I got my money back. I paid R119 fot the month of Sep 2013 and no money is due from my side. I receive SMS every day that the money for wrong package is outstanding and that my package will be disconnected.
How long will Vodacom need to solve a simple problem like this? I need this connection but not at exorbitant price.
There are high chances of my name being blacklisted for their blunder!
I will appreciate if you can kindly help me in solving this problem.
