Hi, i upgaded in 2010 and were supposed to upgrade in 2012 again.

So i went to Bloemfontein as i live in Dealesville to upgraide, to my surprise they say that i qualify for an upgrade only in 1 May 2013. I was very frustrated as i spent money on petrol to go and upgrade and they are teeling me NO.

Ok so if im liable for an upgrade on 1 May 2013 i can go 3 months early for an upgrade. I also made sure by dialing 140 to make sure i can upgrade. So they also say that i qualify 1 May 2013. I went to go and upgrade today, again spending money for that, and i reach the bloemfontein offices and they tell my that i am only liable for an upgrade in August 2013.

I am very very Frustrated, for this is not the first time i have had problems with cell c, Bloemfontein. I also phoned the customer call centre and spoke to a lady and she would not help me because the contract is on my husbands name. while i was trying to explain that my husband is in Bloemfontein to upgrade and asked me to phone she did not seem to be intrested to help. And she simply dropped my call.

I demand an upgrade aswell as an answer from CELL C. This service is the poorest ever.
