RECEIVING VERY POOR SERVICE FROM CELL-C

My account is up to date and my son's line been cut since 28 December. I lodged complaint on 11 January on helopeter and cell c replied as follows: Hello zelnavt - The above has been noted and we acknowledge that the allocation is no fault of yours. We have requested that Ayanda assists with the unblocking of the line and reverts with the necessary feedback soonest. Regards Cell C | TK. Until today the phone is still not on and nobody was in contact with me. On the 15th I got a message on hellopeter as follows: Hello zelnavt - Ayanda has confirmed that both lines are active, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. regards Cell C | PN. I have phoned cell-c every day last week. Nobody helps. Sent e-mail and received ref no on 11th - 3011102163 0 someone will revert back to you. TODAY IS THE 21ST AND NOBODY EVER REVERTED BACK TO ME AND MY SON'S PHONE IS STILL OFF. IS THERE ANY BODY AT CELL C THAT CAN HELP ME? My son drives a scooter to school and back and I need to be in contact with him. I dont know what do do anymore. Do I need to pay for subscription this month??? Please can someone phone me???
