I called MTN a couple of times regarding the dissappearance of my airtime, i am a contract customer and received a top up every month. the reason for my query is that i am a blackberry user and am supposed to be linked to BIS, however, when i call MTN i am told that my access point is MTN and not BIS, then when i am transferred to Blackberry help line, i am told i am linked to BIS. when i call the help line im told my airtime is being used for internet purposes such as using, bbm, facebook, google etc, but this should not happen because i am paying for BIS!!! every time i call to have someone switch it back i get told it cant be done.. what is that??? i want this sorted NOW!!! I am paying for top up AND BIS but both BIS and airtime is being used??? BULL... this has been going on for a month now, and its very irritating that there is no one in the whole of MTN who can help me, what kind of professional organisation are you running?? /
please someone assist me i cant deal with this anymore, every year before my upgrade is due, i have to deal with some problem from MTN, what the man?
