With your response as per above, yes the message had been left on my phone to call back, however why is it then required for me as the customer to get back at you guys, surely you should when I am unavailable at a point of time try to get hold of me at a later time. During the day I am constantly in meetings and is unable to always answer my phone and since the message had been left no attempt has been made again to assist in this regard. I know myself as a customer is just a number, however I am still writefully entitled to know why there are differences on my account.
