I apologize for any inconveniences caused as a result of this. I understand the frustration that you endured in your attempt to have the issue resolved.

Please note that MTN runs promos every quarter with specific handsets on promotion as forecasted by our Marketing department.

We do however regret to advise that our Marketing team have not forecasted the handset for this quarter. We do indeed share your disappointment in this regard.

We understand that the entire experience must be very frustrating and hope that we can restore your faith in us

please be advised that the htc one is available according to the October 2013 issue from the cnw website. Therefore I would like to find out if I'm still getting my htc one.
