I have a written prevoius complaints of Cell C. Just seems they don't care. Cell C says the power is in your hands, but that seems to be false. They don't care about you as customer. in Dec 12 I statred complaining about wrong billing and the consultant giving me the wrong information. They promise to phone me back from the upgrade department but they don't. They promised to pull the recordings but they didn't. I paid the 1st month R149.00 instead of R99.00 the second month R200 and something instead of R99.00 this has been going on for almost a month. Cell C the power is in your hands not your customers. i have had so many complaints with and of Cell C it is not funny.
