Feb this year I agreed to a sim contract promo through my bank, the contract turned out not to be what I accepted therefore requested a cancellation & refund as I never used or even activated the sim card. Initially I was told it would take 2 days to resolve but in reality it took 12 days to cancel the contract & to this day I am still waiting for my refund - 45 days later. Despite them deactivating the contract on the 27th of May the debit order for June still went off swiftly on the 1st. I was told on the 12th of June that my refund was being processed. I have yet to receive the money & every time I phone they have a new story - the approval of my refund went from the 12th to the 14th to the 17th & finally yesterday I was told I haven't been refunded because I never gave them my banking details. I never gave them my banking details because they didn't ask for it, I assumed they never asked for it because THEY'VE BEEN DEBITING MY ACCOUNT FOR 4 MONTHS! Today I was told a new story, it now takes 7 to 14 days. When will they run out of excuses? good luck trying to get hold of the same person twice even if you took their details, even if they are team leaders, nobody know anyone there
